| I am always appreciative of someone appreciating the food at the restaurant. My crew and I put our heart into the food. We try to go the extra mile, every day. When a guest tells the kitchen that they love the food, it can make our entire night. It is what I got in the business for. I want people to love what they order. I know some people just want to have their hunger satisfied. That is fine. My staff’s goal is to create an experience that will do more than just fill your stomach. We want to make your heart sing. Maybe we bring back a pleasant childhood experience or even top your expectations. So when someone says compliments to the chef, just be aware that it does have a positive effect on the staff. Sometimes, it can’t turn around a bad night or other times, it can make a good night even better. So thank you for appreciating what we do as culinarians. |
